Spotting the need for outsourced IT services in the Nashville market, James founded Concept Technology in 2003 with just himself and one engineer. Today, the award-winning company is one of the top IT companies in Middle Tennessee.

An Atlanta native and graduate of Vanderbilt University, James follows and posts primarily about tech trends and business strategy. When not working, he spends his time playing with his three kids by day, and his bass guitar by night.
